For the Consumer

We only sell products of superior quality and will always ensure prompt delivery of our products to you. Our products are hand crafted - every piece is unique and may differ slightly from the picture.

You can pay for your purchase by:

1. Bank Transfer/deposit into our South African bank account. No pieces will be shipped before the remittance

reaches our bank. Our Bank account details will be sent with our confirmation of your order.

2. By check. Pieces will only be dispatched once your check has cleared

3. Via Credit Card on our secured thawte website. Place your order and we will mail you our secure link for your

credit card payment.

4. Sign up For E-gold account and pay in metals.

5. Sign up for a Monster Pay account and pay by internet transaction.

All information about you as a customer will be treated as STRICTLY confidential for use by The African Market only.

All data regarding your credit card will be handled through our secure credit card payment link, which is secured by THAWTE and can be verified on the payment pages.

Shipping:

Your Purchase may take up to four weeks to arrive. Animal products can take longer as permits may be required.

Shipping charges will be verified on confirmation of your order.

Refunds:

Should the parcel you recieve be damaged, you may request for a replacement. The original parcel must sent back to us. All effort is made to get your purchase to you without any damage.

Once payment has been made any cancellations (for valid reasons only) will be at the discretion of The African Market. A service fee of 25 % of the total amount will be charged on the cancelled order.
